Return Policy
Our
main goal is to get you the right prop for your boat.
Many of the props we sell may be returned or exchanged for another size
if returned in new condition. Special order or custom
propellers, including all inboards, are not returnable or eligible for
exchange.
To
be eligible for return or exchange, a prop must be a stock prop in
undamaged condition in the original undamaged box.
If the prop has been run or installed, there will be a cleanup
charge of $10 on aluminum props and $20 on stainless props. Please do not try to paint or
polish a prop that has been run.
PowerTech!, Turbo and some other companies offer special exchange
policies. Special order
props from these companies may be exchanged for a different size for an
exchange fee (which will vary), plus freight.
(If we stock the propeller, only a cleanup charge would apply.)
Non-stock props may only be exchanged, not returned outright.
Props eligible for return or exchange must be returned freight prepaid.
We do not reimburse for return freight.
You will be charged minimal freight to you for prop exchanges.
Prop
hub kits (Mercury Flo Torq, Michigan XHS, etc) are not returnable if
they have been used.
Before returning a prop, you must call (888) 398-8558 and get a RP
number. No prop will be
accepted without an RP number.
Damaged props may not be returned under any
circumstances. If a prop
doesn’t fit, don’t install it.
You are responsible for having all proper attaching hardware.
Make sure no hardware, especially the thrust washer, has stuck to
your old propeller.
